Ciao! I’m supposed to tell you something about myself. My parents are old country Italian and live in a village named Carloforte in Sardegna, Italy. I was born in Madrid, Spain and we moved to the US when I was a young child. I started my education there and then my parents took me to Mexico City for middle school, Caracas for freshmen & sophomore years, and wrapped up high school in Frankfurt, Germany. I studied International Business at George Washington University and worked for a high fashion eyewear company for 20 years. I married my sweetheart Maria, a top hair stylist, first generation Colombian and Wisconsinite with Irish roots.
In 2017 I was involved with “The Old Man and the Gun”. My wife Maria persuaded me to go to the audition on March 9, 2017. That happens to be my birthday. A week later I got a call and shortly thereafter was on set. Once I got to wardrobe and put on my police uniform I said, “that´s it, this is what I want to do!”
Now, I study acting, I audition, I work out, I read and watch every movie I can find many times over. I simply love Film and the journey a captivating story takes you. Maria and I love good food, wine, new restaurants, old restaurants, and good company, friends! All in all it’s a fascinating ride and I hunger for more! Saluti, I’m Alessandro Ferraris.
